We’re on the hunt for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II who’s hands-on, solution-focused, and ready to dive into the action at our brand-new, state-of-the-art 1.2 million sq. ft. warehouse. This place is loaded with automation and high-tech gear, and we need someone who’s pumped to keep it running like a dream. If you’ve got a solid maintenance experience and love rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and showing others the ropes, you’ll fit right in. You’ll tackle PMs and repairs, train Level I techs, and jump in wherever needed to support our awesome team. From fixing forklifts to coordinating with vendors and boosting warehouse safety, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
Completing preventative maintenance and repairs on all assigned assets, including conveyors, forklifts, and facility infrastructure
Assisting Level I Technicians and mentoring them through hands-on training
Supporting cross-functional maintenance tasks beyond your designated area when needed
Coordinating with vendors for warranty and non-routine repairs
Maintaining accurate logs of all maintenance activities and associated costs
Promoting a safe work environment by adhering to LOTO, PPE, and other safety protocols
Operating various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and floor scrubbers
Participating in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and facility safety
Supporting warehouse yard upkeep, including pallet and skid disposal
Staying organized, clean, and always safety-focused
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Experience
Previous experience as a maintenance technician (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to train and mentor others
Passion for safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Education
This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

This role is designed for those who want to grow! As a Tech II, you’ll gain the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to advance into a Tech III position.
Working Environment
You’ll be working around moving machinery and may be exposed to changes in temperature, humidity, dust, and occasional fumes or gases. Noise levels are generally moderate, and standard safety precautions are always in place.
