The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both user experience design and front-end development, with the ability to create visually engaging, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.This role will also support the maintenance and enhancement of the internal Confluence hub for the Arsenal Program. While most Confluence updates are WYSIWYG-based, some pages require custom front-end coding and design enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and modern UI/UX solutions for enterprise applicationsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using FigmaDevelop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, Sass/Less, and JavaScriptMaintain and enhance Confluence pages, including custom-coded componentsApply accessibility and inclusive design best practices across all deliverablesCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to improve user experienceUtilize AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and VS Code extensions to accelerate workflowsIncorporate user feedback and iterative design methodologies for continuous improvementRequired Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of overall IT experience3+ years of front-end development experience2+ years of UI/UX design experienceStrong proficiency in FigmaExpert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sass/LessExperience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesFamiliarity with Confluence page management and customizationStrong understanding of user-centered design and usability principlesAbility to quickly learn financial services products and business processesPreferred SkillsExperience working in enterprise or financial services environmentsExposure to AI-assisted coding and productivity toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
