Position Description: The primary function of the Co-op is to support a team of Wealth Advisors in the daily execution of wealth advisory and fiduciary responsibilities and the respective daily client service requirements. This is a client-facing role. KEY DUTIES: 1. Support relationship managers in the administration of trust, investment and retirement accounts 2. Assist with account opening, asset transfer, account terminations, and special asset management 3. Process security transfers, cash and check requests, gifts, deposits, routine client information requests and updating client information 4. Prepare net worth statements and estate planning document summaries in advance of client meetings. 5. Actively participate in internal meetings 6. Review daily reports (e.g., transaction, overdraft, bond maturity) for possible investment implications 7. Prepare and maintain client related documentation 8. Respond to client requests or proactively identify potential issues in the normal course of business, undertake research or take needed action to resolve (with guidance from senior officers where appropriate) and keep all relevant parties informed Qualifications: Recommended Qualifications: Currently pursuing undergraduate degree 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills 3. Motivated, organized, self-starter who is attentive to detail 4. A team orientation with a willingness to learn 5. Full understanding of client privacy and confidentiality 6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to investment and CRM-oriented IT applications The working hours for Glenmede employees are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For this position, we are currently operating in a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
