Bilingual Client Success Manager
Location: Hybrid role based in Madison, WITerritory: NationwideTravel: Up to 30%Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPosition SummaryThe Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for client's across a national portfolio. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction retention, accountgrowth, and service excellence by aligning our workforce solutions with customer business needs.The Client Success Manager partners closely with sales, operations, associate care and finance toensure consistent delivery, proactive issue resolution, and creatively identifies opportunities togrow our current associate base at client sites.The position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the pace andcomplexity of commercial staffing. Given our nationwide footprint, it is critical that this role cansupport and drive improved delivery and relationships virtually as well as travel – up to 30% asneeded, to client sites.You’ll be successful in this role if you have skills and experience to: Establish relationships with key contacts at multiple levels with clients and serves asprimary point of contact, focusing on client retention and organic growth. Manage a portfolio of customers with varying needs, ensuring consistent delivery acrossmultiple clients and locations. Partner with operations team who support order fulfillment to ensure alignment betweensales, customer success, sourcing and associate care. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss fill rates, retention, attendance,turnover, safety and service levels. Maintain a strong understanding of workforce and market trends, regional labor conditionsand client-specific operational challenges. Monitor account health using business intelligence data and client feedback and identifiesrisks early and partners both internally with operations and externally with client to drivecorrective actions when needed. Collaborate with sales on renewals, pricing discussions, contract alignment and strategicaccount planning. Act as an internal advocate for the client, coordinating cross-functional resources toaddress escalations and improve outcomes.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevantexperience. 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer success,staffing/workforce solutions, or related field. Prior experience in commercial staffing is highly desired Proven success managing and growing accounts Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required including professional written and verbalcommunication. Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization Experience analyzing account performance metrics and translating data into actionablestrategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
