PID: 26-01-09P-004 E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Database Developer to join our innovative, customer-focused team in Washington, DC. Summary The Database Developer performs SQL and PL/SQL, including backend reporting, database automation, performance tuning, and database schema maintenance. This role works closely with customers, end users, and development teams to keep production databases performant, well-documented, and aligned with application needs. Key Responsibilities Perform SQL and PL/SQL development, including developing backend reports to support user needs. Develop custom scripts to automate database management processes. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance. Develop, optimize, and tune stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and queries in support of application development. Interface with customers, users, and developers as needed. Maintain the database schema and database design, and support transition and development activities. Provide technical subject matter expertise (SME) on ingesting data into the database from sources such as file systems. Perform ongoing database maintenance. Qualification Active Top-Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in: Developing, testing, and implementing database solutions. Designing and implementing database schemas. Managing and maintaining databases. Documenting database designs, configurations, and procedures. Monitoring performance, ensuring data integrity, optimizing queries and indexes, and managing security permissions and access controls. Analyzing and optimizing database performance.
