Verisurf Application Engineer

As a Verisurf Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical sales and application support for all Verisurf product offerings. Perform on-site basic and custom training for customers and resellers as well as providing customers and resellers with on-site, phone, on-line, and email technical support. Develop technical documentation and videos using Verisurf company standards. Test the latest cutting-edge hardware and software solutions Verisurf has to offer and provide clear, conducive feedback. This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
Support the Verisurf Team with on-site and on-line application consulting and product demonstrations
Perform on-site and on-line basic and custom training
Develop technical documentation and videos using Verisurf company standards, including but not limited to; training guides, reference guides, tech tips, knowledgebase articles, use cases, blog posts, and live webinars
Provide on-site, on-line, phone, and email technical support for all Verisurf product offerings
Nurture and maintain relationships with customers
Provide clear and conducive feedback
Support tradeshows, seminars, webinars with demonstrations of all Verisurf product offerings, including; set-up, teardown, and restocking
Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally, 50% of the time.
Skills and Experience
Technical Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or similar environment
Extensive knowledge of all Verisurf Modules
Knowledge of Solid and Surface modeling
Competent reading complex 2D drawings, 3D pdfs, parts list, and specifications
Proficiency with GD&T and the interpretation of ASME Y14.5
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, technical consulting environment
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Competent speaking before large groups
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
