Sales Manager, SMB
As a Sales Manager, SMB, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Account Executives in attainment of monthly and quarterly quotas. As an integral part of our continued growth, you will be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and coaching for your AEs, refining the sales process, becoming an industry expert in your region, and working cross-functionally within the sales, marketing, and implementation organizations to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers.Essential ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Account ExecutivesProactively identify and launch initiatives to drive growth and operational excellenceMonitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on your teamAchieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targetsReport on pipeline-building metrics and forecast to the VP of SalesCollaborate with sales enablement for targeted training and developmentMotivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorshipEmpower your team to take ownership of their territoryEnsure that team metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectivesProvide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales, and marketing leadershipTravel to conferences and industry events, client site visits as necessaryQualifications5+ years of experience managing high performing sales teams in a high velocity sales cycleStrong understanding of sales best practices & methodologiesExperience selling to first-time technology buyersHumility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis in the healthcare industryBonus: experience selling into the healthcare industryWillingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
