Channel Sales Support Agent
A company is looking for a Channel Sales Support Agent (Reseller).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for US and Canadian partnership teams, addressing inquiries promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and sales teams while providing product knowledge and technical guidance
Maintain sales documentation and coordinate commission calculations with finance
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales support, channel management, or customer service
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
