Senior Full-Stack Developer Python-Angular
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer Python-Angular who combines strong hands-on development skills with requirements engineering and solution design. The role involves taking ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from understanding business needs and defining requirements to developing, testing, and delivering robust production-ready solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and test automation, along with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.Work ConditionsThe position is long-term and part-time, with a remote work model.The work will follow European working hours (CET), so candidates must convert the CET schedule to their local time zone and ensure their availability accordingly. English is required, while German is considered a plus. The rate is open and negotiable based on experience and profile.Key ResponsibilitiesClarify requirements, identify scope gaps and business rules, and define clear acceptance criteria.Translate business needs into technical designs covering APIs, data models, security, and operational requirements.Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and Angular.Design PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and perform database performance tuning.Lead backlog refinement and contribute to defining technical priorities.Define test strategies and quality gates covering unit, integration, E2E, regression, and negative-path testing.Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent regressions.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment decisions.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.Must-Have RequirementsStrong professional experience with Python and Angular.Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and PL/SQL.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices.Experience with Git / GitLab.Experience with software testing and test automation.Strong requirements engineering and solution design skills.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Strong ownership mindset, proactive communication, and a structured, quality-driven approach.Nice to HaveExperience with MSSQL Server.Experience with ArgoCD.Experience with public cloud environments, including T-Cloud.Knowledge of immutable infrastructure.Basic knowledge of SAP.German language skills.Knowledge of IoC / dependency injection.Experience with secure software development.Understanding of IAM concepts, including least privilege, role design, and segregation of duties.What We’re Looking ForA senior engineer who can operate across business requirements, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment, taking end-to-end ownership of delivering high-quality software solutions.
