Job Description OB/GYN LaboristFTSalary: $335,510 annual base guarantee (2 years) + Performance Incentives + Sign-On + RelocationThis full-time OB/GYN Laborist opportunity offers a flexible schedule of seven (7) 24-hour shifts per month, providing dedicated inpatient obstetric coverage. The Laborist supports a team of eleven Obstetricians and averages approximately three deliveries per 24-hour shift.Responsibilities include managing labor and delivery, performing deliveries, triaging obstetric emergencies, and rounding on postpartum and antepartum inpatients (approximately 5–10 patients daily). Comprehensive backup support is available from on-site Obstetricians and a hospitalist group.The hospital features a Level III NICU, 24-hour dedicated anesthesia coverage for labor and delivery, 24-hour Neonatologist support, and 24-hour Pediatric Hospitalist coverage—ensuring a highly supported clinical environment.EPIC EMR is utilized.
