Restaurant Cook

Our hotel restaurant is seeking an experienced and talented line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food items according to Cambria brand standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary
Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Certification in food safety and sanitation (preferred)
