Additionally, Black Desert will include a water park, five restaurants with a variety for everyone, and other highly-rated amenities for our owners and guests, and community members.Designed by Tom Weiskopf, the Black Desert Golf Course is a championship-level course that currently plays host to the Bank of Utah Championship PGA Tour event in the fall-season.Position SummaryReef is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Superintendent to support the development of a large-scale water park as part of the Black Desert Resort project in Ivins, Utah. This role is ideal for an emerging professional looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment while contributing to a high-profile hospitality and recreation destination.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing all phases of construction for the water park project, from pre-construction through completionCoordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure timely and efficient project executionSupport project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activitiesMonitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirementsParticipate in site meetings and provide regular updates to senior project leadershipReview and process submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change ordersHelp identify and resolve project risks, delays, or issues in collaboration with the project teamEnsure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and environmental requirementsQualifications2-4+ years of experience in a construction superintendent or related roleExperience with commercial, hospitality, or recreational projects is a plus (water park or resort experience highly desirable)Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgetingFamiliarity with construction documentation and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively both in the office and on an active construction siteStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approachWillingness to learn and grow within a large-scale development projectWork EnvironmentCombination of field and office workExposure to active construction site conditionsCollaborative, fast-paced project team environmentCompany Benefits401(k) Plan with Company MatchGenerous Health Plan with HSA MatchFlexible Paid Time-offCell Phone Service AllowanceDiscounts at Company-owned Resorts and Golf CoursesSalary: $95000 - $125000 per yearJob Posted by ApplicantPro
