Because our work is complex, interdisciplinary, and multidimensional, we iterate as needed in order to deliver the best solution.About this roleAs a Manager at Jemini, you’ll be a key contributor to client engagements, with a strong focus on delivering high quality work and driving execution forward. Operating at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you’ll help shape solutions for clients and translate their big ambitions into actionable plans.You’ll partner closely with your team to move work from idea to implementation, bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to complex initiatives. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping deliverables, facilitation, and ensuring project components are executed with precision and consistency.Success in this role5+ years of success in a manager-level consultant or project leadership role, integrating design, systems expertise, and a deep understanding of human behavior to ensure that client orgs thrive during major transformations. Experience working in or consulting with large, matrixed organizations with high degrees of ambiguity and change. Client relationships: Build strong working relationships with clients and work closely to understand their needs, contribute to solution development, and ensure work is delivered with rigor and aligned to their objectives.Support discovery of client needs and contribute to shaping practical solutionsTranslate strategic direction into clear plans, deliverables, and next stepsCo-design and facilitate discovery activities, working sessions, and workshopsSynthesize research and inputs into clear, actionable outputs, recommendations, and deliverablesProject leadership: Lead the day-to-day execution of projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within scope.Apply research, sensemaking, and synthesis skills to bring clarity to complex challengesCreate clear, well-structured deliverables and narratives that support understanding and decision-makingLead culturally and strategically – set the tone, reinforce behaviors, and elevate performance standards. We gather as a full team in person three times a year in rotating cities for team-building, collaboration, and learning. This career opportunity, though, is in a hybrid work model (as a function of our client’s needs) with occasional travel to immerse alongside our clients.Tools: Because of our virtual-first team structure, we lean heavily on digital tools like Slack, Figma / FigJam, and video conferencing for daily collaboration. That said, our clients use various types of technology (Microsoft, Google, etc.) so our team has to flex across many platforms and tools on a daily basis.Structure & compensation: We start most Jemini teammates as contractors to ensure there is a mutual fit.
