Schedule Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Job Description We are seeking a skilled Neuro Stepdown RN with recent experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro care and be prepared to work the night shift in a fast-paced environment. This role requires active certifications and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Monitor and manage patients post-operative and with neuro-related conditions. Perform assessments and develop patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs. Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Neuro Stepdown nursing. Current Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
