We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working with business software systems.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide professional and timely support to customers and vendors.Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems.Assist with order processing, customer requests, and issue resolution.Work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and performance expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.QualificationsAssociate's degree preferred.Experience working with an NetSuite ERP system.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers and vendors.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.Preferred SkillsPrevious customer service, administrative, or customer support experience.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
