OverviewBig O Automotive Technicians diagnose, recommend and perform automotive repairs in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all company programs, policies, and procedures. Big O Automotive Technicians are titled based on ASE or equivalent certification:Automotive Technician A - 4 or More ASE CertificationsAutomotive Technician B - 1-3 ASE CertificationsAutomotive Technician C - No ASE CertificationsMFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer.ResponsibilitiesPerform all brake, front end and alignment maintenance as well as mechanical work in accordance with all company programs, policies, and proceduresProperly diagnose and repair all customers' vehicles, performing quality control of all shop functionsTrain and coach other employees in accordance with all company programs, policies and procedures as directedMaintain the orderly flow of customer service assignment to ensure productivityExtend Big O's Extra Care Services to all customersAttend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as requiredWork with store management to ensure the successful accomplishment of budgeted service-related quotasEnsure that all appropriate information for completed work is given to the counter personnel for inclusion in final invoicingUtilize the company outside purchase program to ensure maximum profitabilityTimely complete daily Today's Class Technician and other required trainingEnsure the consistent execution of the vehicle inspection programAchieve established service, sales and productivity goalsAssist in the organizing, documenting, and processing of all adjustments and core creditsAll MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures.
