Swoon is hiring for our energy/utilities client in Bothell, WA and this will be a hybrid position (50% onsite).This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Contracts Manager with strong experience negotiating legal terms and managing complex agreements across multiple business units. This role will support procurement and legal functions by driving contract development, execution, and compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in ensuring contractual alignment with corporate risk management standards while supporting critical business operations.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate legal terms and conditions across Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and change ordersDraft, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk management standardsPartner with business units to provide guidance on contract structure, language, and executionManage contract lifecycle activities including negotiation, execution, compliance tracking, and dispute resolutionMaintain oversight of contracts supporting moderately complex to critical goods and servicesCollaborate cross-functionally with procurement, legal, and operations teams to support contract strategy and executionInterpret and apply contracting principles, policies, and guidelines to complex agreementsDrive awareness and operationalization of key contract terms across stakeholdersSupport supplier relationship management while maintaining strong, professional partnershipsRepresent procurement and contracting functions in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional discussionsIf interested in more details, please apply!
