The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our rehabilitation team and assisting patients during their recovery process.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessionsAssist in rooming patients for therapy sessionsClean and maintain treatment rooms and equipment before and after usePerform various appointment scheduling tasksManage patient communication and customer service needs via phone and in-personPerform routine, non-clinical patient care tasks under therapist supervisionMaintain inventory of supplies and ensure stock areas are clean and organizedGreet patients and answer basic questions about treatmentsCollaborate with clinical staff to help coordinate care of patientsMaintain equipment cleaning schedulesProvide an extra set of hands for Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) during therapy sessionsOther duties as assigned Schedule: This is a part-time position, scheduled 24hrs/week, with an opportunity to pick up more.
