AT&T Enrollment Associate (Spanish Required)

Arise Solutions Inc is hiring an AT&T Enrollment Associate to spearhead our wireless customer account acquisition for AT&T. This AT&T Enrollment Associate role is a front-line sales role where you will be connecting with customers to help them enroll in specialized AT&T wireless plans. We are seeking to hire an AT&T Enrollment Associate where in this role you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the best wireless products and service plans, and guide them through the entire sales and activation process. The AT&T Enrollment Associate will be responsible for educating customers on devices, data plans, upgrades, and promotions while ensuring a smooth and accurate transaction from start to finish. From answering questions and overcoming objections to completing contracts and processing activations, you’ll ensure every customer leaves confident in their decision. AT&T Enrollment Associate Responsibilities: Execute sales strategies through direct customer interactions and conversations about wireless services Work with teams in the company to increase sales for AT&T bundles specifically tailored for customers Manage the enrollment lifecycle of wireless services for customers from initial interest to final activation Address pricing concerns by presenting data-driven value propositions and tailored solutions Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts Stay up to date on all products, wireless services, promotions and upgrades to educate and enroll customers AT&T Enrollment Associate Qualifications: Background in customer service, sales, or related role Demonstrates strong resilience and the ability to problem solve Interest in wireless/technology, sales or enrollment services People focused with the ability to communicate well with customers Time management skills Detail oriented to manage customers enrollment experience and accounts Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,100.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: On the road
