Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the design and delivery of next-generation digital solutions within the Universal Customer Profile Product Area.This role involves leading data analysis efforts, developing data requirements, and supporting the modeling of capabilities related to enterprise customer identifiers and data platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.Define user stories and assess the impact of changes on datasets and models.Break down complex initiatives into manageable work elements using agile methodologies.Conduct data profiling and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.Deliver high-value, actionable BI reports using Power BI and optimize workbook performance.Perform hands-on data wrangling using SQL or Python to derive insights.Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise data solutions.Apply data management and data modeling practices to support solution design.Explore and evaluate multiple analytical approaches to problem-solving.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.Strong skills in SQL or Python for data analysis and wrangling.Demonstrated experience in defining and validating data requirements and models.Familiarity with agile practices and tools such as Jira or Jira Align.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement.Experience in developing BI solutions, particularly using Power BI.Preferred QualificationsExperience with identity matching platforms and entity resolution techniques.Exposure to enterprise data lakes, Operational Data Stores, and cloud platforms like Snowflake.Knowledge of referential matching methodologies.Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
