Pay starting at $19/hr.Serve as the point of contact for new client referrals and guide families through the intake processIdentify key information for each potential client and work closely with clinical directors and authorizations coordinators to determine eligibility for servicesObtain insurance benefit information by contacting the funding source and assist families with understanding their plan detailsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional team members (i.e., Authorizations, Clinical, and Scheduling)Enter referral information into all required databases and systems regularlyEngage prospective clients to complete all necessary paperwork required to commence services and follow-up to provide supportFollow all standard operating procedures related to the intake of new clients, as directed by team lead, manager and directorAnswer and transfer incoming calls and messages as neededElectronically file documents such as client reports and save to the appropriate, corresponding fileAdditional responsibilities as requested by Intake/Clinical/AuthorizationsSpanish bilingual requiredHigh School Diploma requiredMinimum of 2 years prior administrative experience in an office settingExcellent upbeat telephone skills and ability to handle multiple incoming phone linesExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Ability to quickly learn new software programs as neededProven ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize effectivelyStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through LEARN Behavioral offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k), personal time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
