This position will be responsible for reviewing and implementing structural designs that meet customer requirements.This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.RequirementsBSME or BSMET6+ years of professional engineering experienceAUTOCAD and 3D modeling experienceReview structural design for compliance with UFC, IBC, ANCI and ASCEDesign structural systems to account for transport and seismic loadsTrack schedules and budgetsProvide technical insight to the CAD design teamCreate technical proposals and procurement specificationsSubmit Engineering Change ProposalsDefense/DoD engineering experience preferred
