As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence, a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.The Clinical Technician (PCT) works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with advanced training in specific clinical skills/competencies on the health care team.Periodically checks patients, takes vital signs, and observes condition of the patient and patient care equipment or devices. Provides personal care for patient including hygiene and physical comfort measuresPerforms bedside glucose monitoring, EKG tracing, and phlebotomyInserts IVs Measures and records intake and outputInserts and removes Foley cathetersWhat Awaits You:Career growth and developmentFree onsite parkingFree employee gymQualifications:Current certification as CNA in the District of Columbia.American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification is required.2 years prior patient care experience Highschool diploma or GED is required.Salary Range: Minimum 26.00/hour - Maximum 26.00/hour.
