Maintenance Supervisor

AmpleForce is hiring on behalf of our client for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead 1st or 2nd shift maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Denison, Iowa.💰 Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Performance BonusKey Responsibilities:✅ Lead and supervise Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians ✅ Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs ✅ Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams ✅ Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement long-term solutions ✅ Monitor equipment reliability, KPIs, and maintenance performance ✅ Ensure USDA compliance and accurate maintenance documentation ✅ Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members ✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operationsQualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) ✔ Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ✔ Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office ✔ Strong communication, planning, and leadership skillsPreferred Experience:⭐ Ammonia Refrigeration ⭐ Boiler Systems ⭐ PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) ⭐ Electrical SystemsIf you're an experienced maintenance leader looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
