This structure helps nurses build meaningful resident relationships and deliver consistent, high‐quality care with strong team support.Memory CareA dedicated, smaller‐scale Memory Care Unit tailored for residents with dementia. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
