If you can create clarity where there is none, you will thrive here.Job ResponsibilitiesEpicor ERP OwnershipOwn the strategy, performance, and roadmap for Epicor ERPLead enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and user adoption across manufacturing, finance, and supply chainDrive process standardization and system-driven executionEnsure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system reliabilityBuild and lead internal and external Epicor resourcesAI Strategy and ExecutionDefine and execute a practical AI strategy tied to measurable business outcomesIdentify and implement use cases across production planning forecasting reporting and workflow automationPilot validate and scale AI solutions with clear ROIEmbed AI into daily operations, not isolated projectsSystems Data and IntegrationOwn ERP-centered system architecture across the enterpriseLead integrations between Epicor and HR systems CRM and shop floor or MES platformsImprove data architecture reporting and decision visibilityReduce system complexity and technical debtProgram LeadershipOwn the systems and IT portfolio roadmap across ERP AI and enterprise initiativesEstablish KPIs reporting cadence and execution disciplineDrive predictable delivery across multiple concurrent initiativesAlign technology execution with business prioritiesQualificationsDeep Epicor ERP experience with proven ownership in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to drive ERP-enabled process transformationExperience moving organizations from manual processes to system-driven executionExperience implementing AI automation or advanced analytics solutions with measurable impactStrong program management capability across multi-year initiativesExperience with enterprise systems architecture and integration including ERP HR CRM and MES platformsBackground in manufacturing or industrial environments requiredAbility to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on operatorProven ability to drive user adoption and change managementStrong communication and cross-functional leadership skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field requiredMaster’s degree preferredCloud AI or cybersecurity certifications are a plusWork EnvironmentOffice-based leadership role with cross-functional collaboration across operations finance engineering and executive leadershipHigh-visibility position with direct impact on business performanceAbout STS Technical ServicesSTS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with leading organizations across manufacturing aerospace defense and industrial sectors.
