You will:Handle high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional mannerAssist customers with questions, orders, service concerns, or complaintsAccurately document all interactions using internal systemsTroubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficientlyFollow communication scripts and company proceduresMaintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all timesMeet or exceed individual and team performance goalsRequired Skills and Experience:5 years: Bilingual - English and Mandarin (speak, read, and write)Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word2 years of experience in call center environmentAbility to work on Eastern Time Zone scheduleMust have access to and use a personal laptop computer (Windows 10 or MacOS Catalina (10.15) or newer)Must have own Headset: USB wired headset with mic and noise suppression (no Bluetooth)High school diploma or equivalentTyping speed: Minimum 35 WPMStrong communication and multitaskingComputer proficiencyReliability and punctualityPositive, team-oriented attitudeUS Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
