Role Description This is a remote, part-time, entry-level role for a Data Insights Analyst at Programa Incorpórate UDB. The Data Insights Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and assisting with basic statistical analyses. The role also involves supporting data modeling activities, documenting findings, and presenting clear, concise summaries for internal stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with team members to refine data requirements, ensure data quality, and contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics processes.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Understanding of statistics and basic statistical methods to support data-driven conclusions and simple hypothesis testing.Introductory experience or coursework in data modeling, with the ability to support the design of simple data structures and relationships.Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); exposure to analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.Relevant academic background (e.g., statistics, data science, economics, engineering, business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.Interest in learning and growing in data analytics, with openness to feedback, training, and mentorship.
