Overview In this role you join the NOC team for Amazon Leo’s global satellite network to deliver reliable, low-latency connectivity. You will help maintain uptime, diagnose incidents, and support deployment of new network capabilities across regions. You’ll build tools and processes to improve operations and mentor peers while working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer performance and availability. This is a hands-on, scale-focused role at the intersection of networking and software-defined networking in a cutting-edge satellite environment.
