Paid Social Planner - LinkedIn (B2B)
The RealmB2B media team is expanding and we’re looking to hire a Paid Social planner with a focus on LinkedIn to join our team in Boston. This is a hybrid role (in office 1-2x/week).Key Responsibilities:Plan, activate, manage and optimize data-driven campaignsManage clients' paid social efforts, from planning to implementation and reportingDigest client briefing to understand goals and translate into a paid social strategy and tactical recommendation Manage all campaigns in-platform with hands-on-keyboardManage campaign pacing to ensure appropriate spend in-line with campaign budgetsStay up to date on new ad products and technology advancementsDemonstrate deep knowledge of paid social platforms and their capabilities to apply to client campaignsUtilize tools for planning and forecasting within the platforms to inform budgets, bid strategies, and target audiencesWork closely with extended media team to understand role of paid social within larger media campaignsHandle all paid social reporting, including in-platform metrics, insights and go-forward recommendationsProvide recommendations for testing and evolvement of paid social efforts Produce clear communication for internal teams and clients regarding campaign strategy and rationale, best practices for in-platform set up, performance and recommendationsBuild and maintain relationships with social platforms on behalf of client and Realm.QualificationsB2B Marketing experience3-5 years of paid social experience working in a self-service capacityExperience with LinkedIn a mustStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsEmphasis on attention to detail and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
