We specialize in premium stone, quartz, and solid surface countertops for homeowners, builders, and designers who expect exceptional craftsmanship and dependable service.We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Designer who enjoys building relationships, developing new opportunities, and helping customers turn ideas into finished projects.This role works directly with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners to guide countertop selections and secure new projects while representing one of the region's most established countertop brands.This is a relationship-driven, performance-based role where top performers can increase their earnings through quarterly bonuses tied directly to sales results.Our sales team is supported by dedicated estimating and operations teams, allowing Designers to focus on relationship building, customer service, and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeownersConduct showroom consultations and assist customers with countertop selectionsVisit builders and job sites to develop new opportunitiesGuide customers through material selections and design optionsGather project information and coordinate with the estimating teamPresent proposals and secure signed contracts and depositsMaintain communication with customers throughout the sales processRepresent Atlantic Stoneworks professionally within the communityIdeal CandidateStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable meeting new people and developing business relationshipsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to guide customers through design decisionsSelf-motivated and goal orientedProfessional presentation and positive attitudeExperience in countertops, cabinetry, remodeling, or construction sales is helpful but not required.We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong character, work ethic, and a desire to succeed.SalaryOn-Target Earnings (OTE), Including Base Salary And Performance-based BonusesDeveloping: $50,000-$65,000 annuallySolid Performer: $70,000-$90,000 annuallyHigh Performer: $95,000-$120,000+ annuallyBenefitsQuarterly performance bonuses tied to individual resultsClear opportunity to increase earnings based on performancePaid holidaysPaid time offStable, growing company with long-term career opportunities
