Construction Project Manager - Design Build

If you bring strong PM/Estimating skills and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to connect with you!Required Proficiency In:Preparing and managing submittals.Developing and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).Interpreting geo-technical reports.Performing conceptual estimating during early project phases.Coordinating all aspects of design across disciplines.Leading design-build projects from inception to completion.Managing various delivery types of design-build projects, ensuring successful execution from concept through closeout.Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and fiscal responsibility.Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Provide accurate, detailed estimates to support effective planning and execution.Manage contracts, change orders, and all relevant project documentation with efficiency and precision.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience.3+ years of experience and/or extensive knowledge within construction project management/estimating (including project scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control).Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Capable of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers/clients.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurance (Base plan free to Employee)Life insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Design Build: 3-5 years (Required)RFI: 2 years (Required)Submittals: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Hemlock, MI 48626 (Required)
