This is a great opportunity for providers who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and want strong earning potential.What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality care in an urgent care + primary care setting Evaluate, triage, and treat patients of all ages Perform comprehensive history & physical exams Develop evidence-based treatment plans Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications following best practicesPerform procedures such as: Wound care & suturing Incision & drainage Splinting & fracture management Foreign body removal Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Manage occupational medicine & workers’ comp cases What We’re Looking For Active PA or NP certification. Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts Ability to treat patients across the lifespanStrong clinical decision-making skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented with a strong patient-first mindset DOT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
