Job Description Job Description Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of a Customer Service/Office Assistant.
Duties to include
Directly communicate with customers either by telephone or electronically
Handle and respond quickly to customer inquiries
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
Communicate efficiently and effectively
Additional general office duties assigned as needed
Requirements
Previous customer service experience with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, QuickBooks experience a plus
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service
