Marketing Content CreatorJobDescription: The MarketingAdministrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operationalsupport to the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator.This role focuses on managing day-to-day marketing administration,organization, reporting, and coordinating tasks that help the departmentoperate efficiently and stay organized. The ideal candidate is highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keepmarketing initiatives moving forward.Job responsibilities include but are notlimited to: Administrative & Operational SupportProcess, track, and organize marketing invoices, purchase orders, and expense documentationAssist with vendor coordination and contractsAssist with obtaining quotes for print projects and promotional items Maintain organized records for campaigns, assets, and marketing documentationKeep an updated inventory of marketing equipment and materialsAsset Organization & ManagementOrganize, upload, and maintain photo and video files across shared drives and storage platformsEnsure proper file naming, tagging, and version control for easy access by the marketing teamAssist with archiving and organizing past campaign materialsUpload and maintain copies of e-saver images and related assets on internal specials pagesReporting & Campaign SupportPull and compile campaign performance reports across digital, email, social, and paid platformsPrepare basic summaries and reports for internal reviewSchedule marketing email campaigns according to the marketing calendar and campaign timelinesSchedule approved social media posts provided by external marketing partners, ensuring content is published accurately and on scheduleAssist with email database maintenance, including opt-in and opt-out requestsTeam Support & CoordinationSupport the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator with administrative tasks that reduce workload and improve efficiencyHelp coordinate timelines, schedules, and internal requestsMaintain and update a marketing calendar to reflect local events, onsite activities, campaigns and key deadlinesAssist with miscellaneous marketing-related projects as neededGeneral Department SupportMaintain calendars, shared folders, and internal documentationEnsure marketing processes and workflows are followed consistentlyServe as a point of support for internal departments needing marketing assistanceQualifications & SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and manage shifting prioritiesComfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and reporting toolsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative, marketing support, or coordinator roleFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms, reporting dashboards, or content management systemsBasic understanding of marketing workflows and campaign processesCore CompetenciesOrganization and efficiencyDependability and follow-throughClear communicationProblem-solving mindsetTeam-oriented attitudeQualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits -• Medicalinsurance• Vision,Dental, Disability, Life and Accident insurance• PaidVacation• Bereavementleave• 401k Plan MyrtleBeach Seaside Resorts believes that our employees are the strength, vendors arethe standard, and customers are the focus.
