Behavioral Therapist (Level I)
Join Our Team as a Behavioral Therapist (EIDBI Level I) in the Twin Cities Area!
Willow Autism Center is looking for an experienced Behavioral Therapist to lead and support services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinical setting. You will help develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide family training and direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Location: Twin Cities Area, Minnesota
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
✔ Provide direct intervention using ABA and other evidence-based strategies
✔ Supervise and provide direction to Level II and III staff
✔ Lead caregiver training based on ITP goals
✔ Monitor and document client progress and outcomes
✔ Participate in coordinated care meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
✔ Ensure compliance with DHS documentation and HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
Meets Minnesota DHS requirements for an EIDBI Level I provider
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
Experience working in an EIDBI or ABA therapy setting
Able to supervise Level II and III staff under the guidance of a QSP
Strong documentation and communication skills
Must pass a DHS background check
Reliable transportation
