Should have hands-on experience in their current projectsShould have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.MOST IMPORTANT : Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.Good Communication.100% written confirmation on working from the client office - no remote working (not negotiable)
