Must be computer literate and able to do close out packages in a timely manner. It will be the Technicians responsibility to track and report material and labor status to the Project Manager. The ability to train other members on the job is also required.Shifts and/or overtime maybe required. Some travel on an as needed basis will be requiredHigh School diploma or GED is required.Minimum 4-8 years Wireless experience.Working in wireless MSC's, cell sites, and Central Offices.Specific knowledge of A/C and D/C power, rectifiers, battery installs, must have DC power experience.Experience installing equipment, racks, power plants, batteriesKnowledge of industry standards and best practices.Must be able dressing/lacing of cables.Must possess Installer Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications.Must be able to terminate copper, coaxial cable, power cable.Fiber splicing and using OTDR is a plusKnowledge of fiber, and wireless communication systems.Experience managing sub-contractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.Ability to follow instructions, training and mentoring crews with a positive can-do attitude are necessities.Must possess leadership and mentoring skills.Able to perform site surveys for installations is a plusExperience provisioning equipment is a plus.OSHA trained a plus.Experience with rooftop cellular builds is a plus.Create a corrective action plan when safety hazards are recognized.Valid driver's license and able to operate company vehicle.Have dependable transportation and a good driving record required.Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical card for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation is required.Current Commercial Driver's License is a plus.Mechanical aptitude is desired.Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, work in all weather conditions, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Will to train right candidates with some of the experience listed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 4-8 years of experiencePre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
