Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Forked River, Stafford Township, Toms River. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients Implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collecting and documenting data on client progress Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Company Culture At Mastermind Behavior Services, we are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters personal growth and professional development.
