As our caseload continues to expand, we are seeking a strong mid-level attorney who can independently manage files, drive strategy, and deliver high-quality results for our clients.We offer a collaborative environment, real growth opportunities, and a supportive team dedicated to excellence and professional development.Litigation AttorneyLocation: Downtown Los Angeles, flexible hybrid scheduleJob Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are looking for an attorney with 4–7 years of civil litigation experience who is confident in the courtroom, strategic in motion practice, and comfortable handling cases with limited oversight. Experience in consumer warranty defense is a plus but not required.This role involves direct client interaction, litigation strategy, case management from start to finish, and contributing to the firm’s broader workflow and efficiency initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolutionDraft, analyze, and argue motions, oppositions, and briefsConduct and defend depositions (parties, experts, and third-party witnesses)Handle all aspects of discovery, including meet-and-confers and discovery motionsParticipate in and lead settlement negotiationsAppear in court for hearings, law & motion, and case managementAssist with trial preparation, including pre-trial filings and strategyCommunicate regularly with clients about case status and strategyProvide support and informal mentorship to junior attorneys and staffQualificationsActive California State Bar member in good standing 4–7 years of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty defense a plus)Federal court circuit experience a strong plusStrong legal writing and oral advocacy skillsExperience managing cases with minimal supervisionExperience with taking and defending depositionsAbility to develop and execute strategic litigation plansExcellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlinesTeam-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workExperience handling mediationsBenefitsSalary starting at $165,000/year + (depending on experience)Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(K) up to 4% company matching, PTOHybrid remote/in-office scheduleIn-office gym membershipBusiness casual dress codeClear growth track and leadership opportunitiesOur firm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
