This position is critical in organizing and coordinating all administrative office procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role is responsible for developing intra-office protocols, facilitating departmental communication, streamlining office and administrative procedures, inventory control of office supplies and supervision of the administrative assistant.RESPONSIBILITIESPoint person for maintenance, mail intake and distribution, supplies and other associated office tasks.Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for managementPartner with HR to maintain office policies and hospital proceduresUtilize computer programs to maximize department reporting needsOrganize and maintain office operations and proceduresCoordinate with IT department on all office equipment.Manage relationships with any outside vendors needed to maintain the efficiency of the officeResponsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitoredResponsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the officeAllocate tasks and assignments to the administrative assistant and monitor their performanceRecommend and implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency. xkddfxhReview and approve office supply acquisitionsMonitor and maintain office supplies inventoryOther duties as assigned and/or required due to any internal or external requirementsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCEMinimum of two to five years experience in general office workEDUCATIONAssociates degree, required.Bachelors Degree, preferredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS1-3 months on the job training
