Qualifications:5-10 years working in Program, Projects, or Customer Service environment within CM (Contract Manufacturing) or similar environmentGood working knowledge of CM technology, specifically circuit board assembly (SMT and Through-Hole)Bachelor's degree preferredExcellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service for both email and telephoneAbility to work under pressure and prioritize tasksAbility to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teamsMust be organized with excellent interpersonal skillsAbove average computer skill knowledge (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)Good team leadership skills with demonstrated ability to achieve goals utilizing othersMust be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively accomplish the jobResponsibilities:Serve as primary customer contact providing accurate, prompt, professional, and courteous service in accordance with Sales Order delivery commitments and Manufacturing Service AgreementsWork with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materials to ensure necessary customer documentation is obtained, properly stored, and distributed per established proceduresQuote Bill of Materials, purchase materials once PO is received, and work with customers to identify problem parts and possible solutions (alternate parts)Support customer ECOs managing both implementation and associated impact in terms of delivery and cost, and establish and change production priorities through maintenance of Sales Order delivery datesChase down shortages based on shortage reports, put kits together after receipt from vendors, and establish communication processes with assigned accounts to maintain customer satisfaction
