Role Description *APPLICANT MUST BE NYC BASED This is a part-time role for a Jewelry Rhino/Matrix CAD Designer at Simon Ardem. The designer will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to create accurate and detailed CAD files for printing and casting production. You will be asked to come into our office in the diamond district from 5-15 hours per week/2-3 days a week, we are flexible with the days and times. You will be paid per projects, projects range from $40-$100 depending on complexity, projects can be minor edits on previous files or from scratch designs. Experience - Attention to detail is the most vital skill for this role. - Proficiency in a CAD software is required, please attach a portfolio in your application showcasing previous work. - Experience in Jewelry CAD Design FOR production. It is vital that the candidate is able to create files that won't present any issues during print/casting/stone setting. - Ability to work efficiently and quickly is crucial for success in this role.
