Quality Technician I

Your roleThe Quality Technician will provide inspections and process evaluations that will be used in determining the most effective and efficient way to produce high quality product leading to first time yields that meet or exceed the required Quality standards.Principle Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToProvide support to productionPerform visual, layout, dimensional, non-destructive tests of materials produced in-house, as well as purchased products against specified quality characteristics.Process rejections and generate high quality non-conformance documentation.Identify problems in manufacturing and assembly processes.Communicate within the team to provide a solution.Implement required changes to eliminate process failures pertaining to product quality.Aid in the investigation of customer complaintsPerform other duties as assigned.
