In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory management for critical materials that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll perform essential inventory control functions including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory movements while maintaining compliance with quality standards and operating procedures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper storage of materials ranging from pharmaceutical supplies to laboratory essentials. This position offers opportunities for growth and development while contributing to scientific discoveries and healthcare solutions.REQUIREMENTS:Education:High School Diploma OR GEDExperience:No previous experience requiredExperience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelAbility to operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickersPhysical capability to lift up to 50-70 lbs and work in various temperature environmentsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingAbility to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines in a regulated environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate/resolve inventory discrepanciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSchedule flexibility requiredValid driver's license requiredMust be able to work in temperature-controlled environments (room temperature, cold rooms, and freezers)Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and handling materialsBasic math skills for counting and inventory reconciliationMust not have allergies to specific pharmaceuticals (where applicable)
