A growing, boutique firm operating within the legal and professional services space is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support a small team of attorneys and leadership. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while acting as a central point of coordination across the firm.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination across the team
Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and records
Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers
Assist leadership with operational tasks and ad hoc administrative needs
Help implement and improve internal processes and workflowsQualifications
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative leadership
Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting) preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCompensation
Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (flexible based on experience)
