Mentors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.Once Approved, Capital Growth MentorsAdvise on fund growth, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibilityAccess curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposureBuild a verified Mentor Track Record within the ecosystemThis role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of scaling capital initiatives or leading strategic investment growth.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Capital Growth Mentors MayAdvise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioningSupport deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction executionProvide portfolio growth guidance, operational insights, and value creation strategiesParticipate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investorsMentors focus on high-level strategic guidance, capital growth, and relationship-driven deal activation.
