Process Engineer

Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership to the Fluff Pulp operations, supporting safety, environmental, quality, cost and production performance objectives. You will collaborate with the operations team, lead by example, and ensure department requirements are met while driving continual improvement. The position supports Domtar’s focus on safety, sustainability and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Ashdown, AR with a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and accountability.
