JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Title: Site AdministratorLocation: George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)-Houston, TX 77032)Duration: 3–6 Months Contract to Hire PossibleSchedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central)Interview Process: MS Teams → OnsitePosition OverviewThe Site Administrator supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site ManagerServe as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiriesCoordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the systemAddress basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as neededAssist with onboarding & orientation (paperwork, training coordination, badging)Review timecards, leave balances, and payroll discrepancies; ensure complianceTrack, analyze, and report spending and billingOrder materials and supplies for office operationsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and trainingPerform additional duties as requiredMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver’s License3–5 years of office experience (accounting, payroll, bookkeeping focus)Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearanceFlexibility for shifts (day/night, weekends, holidays)Proficiency in Microsoft Word & ExcelStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsCustomer service experienceAirport operations experienceExperience with Work Order / Maintenance Management SystemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience handling confidential payroll/financial dataPhysical & Work EnvironmentCombination of office and active airport environmentWork near aircraft, vehicles, and machineryAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsRegular sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbsRequires strong vision and hand-eye coordination
