Title: Vice President of Product - Operations ExperienceJob Type: Direct-hireLocation: Onsite, AuroraSalary Range: 135K-175KSummaryThis executive-level product leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering the technology, systems, and workflows that enable an efficient, compliant, and scalable mortgage loan lifecycle. The Vice President of Product - Operations Experience will lead the strategy and execution of internal platforms supporting loan processing, underwriting, closing, compliance, and servicing. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency through automation, data, analytics, and modernized systems while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and regulatory change.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap for all operational systems across the loan lifecycleOwn and optimize platforms that support loan processing, underwriting, closing, compliance, and servicing functionsIdentify, prioritize, and deliver automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational throughputCollaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to streamline workflows and remove inefficienciesLead upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and related operational toolsBuild scalable analytics and reporting capabilities to provide visibility into performance across loan stagesDefine and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for cycle time, productivity, quality, cost, and complianceDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, cost control, and growth readinessBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing product organization, including Directors and Product OwnersEnsure systems, workflows, and controls remain aligned with evolving regulatory and compliance requirementsSkills12+ years of experience in product management, technology, or operations-focused roles, including 5+ years in people leadershipDeep, hands-on knowledge of mortgage operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, and servicingExtensive experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and operational workflow platformsDemonstrated success delivering automation, efficiency, and scalability through technology solutionsExperience building and scaling internal products, data platforms, and reporting systemsStrong analytical capabilities with a focus on operational metrics and performance measurementProven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication skills and executive presenceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
